The Haze Dual V3 is innovative, clever, versatile and most importantly, a producer of top notch vapor. This unit from Haze Vaporizers is going to be just above $200. For what it is, I’d say that this price is aggressively low.
If you decide to pick up a Dual V3 Vaporizer, you’ll be getting your money’s worth. Read on to learn in depth what this vaporizer is all about and whether or not it’s the vaporizer for you.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX
First, let’s talk about what comes in the box. You’ll receive the unit itself along with all of the papers you’d expect from any reputable vendor: instruction manuals, policies, warranties, etc.
You’ll also be receiving the stainless steel mouthpiece as well as the glass mouthpiece. The set includes four screens, two designed for convection and two designed for conduction.
The design here is great, by the way. The ability to choose between convection and conduction heating is a really cool feature, and they clearly put some thought into how to make it work well. Each screen delivers exactly what it promises.
The set includes an “herb can.” You can pack this and slide it into your herb chamber. You don’t have to use it, but it can make the process a little more convenient for some people. If you’re someone who can handle a couple of sessions back to back, like me, these can actually get in the way.
They’re a little tricky to reload right away, because they get pretty hot during the heating process. They will also decrease the amount of herb you can fit into the chamber. For some people it may be better to use the provided screens. This isn’t a downside, because the cans are optional. It’s just something to keep in mind.
Using Your Haze Vaporizer
In addition to the herb can, you also receive a concentrate can. This is for use with waxes and oils.
The Haze Dual V3 Vaporizer also comes with two rechargeable batteries, a wall charger, a cleaning tool, and a material tool.
Now that we’ve gotten through the details, let’s talk about the area in which the Dual V3 shines: functionality. This thing is the Swiss army knife of vaporizers, a tool for the vapor enthusiast. It does everything you could possibly ask a portable vape to do.
It has two herb chambers, each able to carry around .4 grams, which is above average. Packing both, I’d say you could probably carry a full gram, although I can’t say I recommend doing so as it would greatly increase draw resistance.
The top piece slides either to the left or the right, where it reveals the mouthpiece that simply slides out, ready for use. Sliding the top to the right will give you access to one chamber, while sliding it the other way will give you access to the other.
It sounds like it could get confusing, but don’t worry! Both the herb chamber and the sliding piece are marked, so it’s easy to access the correct herb chamber in the event that you’ve only packed one.
Cosmetics And Size Of Haze Vaporizer
To say that the design behind this vaporizer is clever would be an understatement. The engineers over at Haze clearly put a lot of thought into this. It’s easy to use, it does a lot, and it looks cool while doing it.
If I had to choose a downside, it would be portability. It isn’t bad at all in terms of portability, but it isn’t the best. It’s just average, which really isn’t a “downside” at all.
You’ll definitely notice it in your pocket due to its design, but no more than you would notice an average sized digital camera.
Again, due to how much this vaporizer can do, I can’t fault it for this. Earlier I compared it to a Swiss army knife for this reason. If you have it in your pocket, it’s a little bulkier, it isn’t really stealthy. It has some weight, but it does anything that you need it to do. You can vape two bowls of your choice of herb, e-liquid, or wax.
There are other vaporizers that promise to be an “all in one” unit. This is another one of those units, the only difference being that it does it extremely well. Many units can handle wax, oils, and herbs, but many of them don’t necessarily handle all three well.
For instance, many vaporizers claim to be able to use wax, which is technically true, however, they’re inefficient. They’ll eat through the wax very quickly and won’t provide as much vapor as you’d get from something like the Dr. Dabber.
Thankfully, this isn’t the case with the Haze Dual V3. It’s conservative with waxes, and the vapor still tastes great.
HAZE V3 VAPORIZER REVIEW FINAL GRADE
The bottom line: this vaporizer is well worth the money. It’s just over $200, and with that you get a ten year warranty. This is one of the best middle priced vaporizers you’ll find.
This could serve as a great main unit, backup unity, or an even better beginner unit due to its ease of use, versatility, and low price point. If you like what you’ve read, be sure to check out the Haze Dual V3 at Extreme Vaporizers.
